Smart Bin
TURN’s smart bins are not your average trash cans. Fitted with digital technology that recognizes TURN cups and rejects unwanted trash, they have a flashing light on top to indicate where the entry slot is. Bins also have robotic arms that sort and stack incoming smart cups in reusable bin-liner bags, which have straps like a backpack for easy transportation. Smart bins connect remotely to TURN’s API, enabling them to alert venue staff whenever they need emptying. And like all components of the TURN system, they provide co-branding opportunities to event partners.
