The TURN System - including smart cups, smart bins, the smart washer, and smart software - are currently available for rent in the United States and New Zealand. We expect to add more locations for renting in 2023.

If you purchase a product from TURN’s online store and you are not happy with it, please refer to the following return policy:
TURN offers a 100% store credit (to be spent in TURN’s online shop) on all products that are returned in their original condition. Regrettably, TURN cannot offer credit on products that are not returned in the condition in which they were received.
TURN offers a 100% refund on all products that are received by customers in a damaged or faulty condition. To be eligible for such refunds, customers must provide date-stamped photographic or physical evidence that the product was damaged or faulty when they received it.
